Returns & refunds
Every item's return policy is on its page, and you confirm it before you pay.
Unopened items
Most items can be returned if they're unopened. A restocking fee applies — the item's page shows how much — the original shipping isn't refunded, and return shipping is on you. Opened items are final sale.
Final-sale items
Items marked “Final sale” on their page can't be returned.
How to return something
Reply to your order confirmation e-mail, or contact us with your order number (it starts with “KS-”). We'll tell you where to send it.
Your refund
For a returned item we refund its price less the restocking fee, and the tax you paid. The original shipping isn't refunded. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number — we can refund all or part of an order, shipping included.
Cancelling an order
Before your order ships, we can cancel it and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, it's a return.
