KilnRun Supply ships to addresses in the United States.
What shipping costs
Shipping is worked out for your whole order from the size and weight of what you're buying. Your cart and checkout show it before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery dates are business days from your order — our handling time plus the carrier's transit time. They're estimates, not guarantees; we'll e-mail tracking when it ships.
Free shipping offers
When a free-shipping offer is running, the store and your cart show it, with its minimum and the items it covers. Only the items it covers count toward the minimum and ship free; anything else in your order is charged and shown on its own line. Wheels, equipment and kilns are only included when an offer says so.
Items that ship from their maker
Some items ship straight from the brand that makes them — the item's page says so. You pay the same shipping either way, and every e-mail about your order comes from KilnRun Supply.
Kilns and large items
Kilns and other items that travel by freight are quoted first: request a delivery quote from the item's page or your cart, and we'll e-mail you the quote to pay. Freight delivery dates are confirmed with your quote.
Tracking
When your order ships, we e-mail you the carrier and the tracking number. You can also look up your order with its number and your e-mail.
Sales tax
Sales tax is worked out at checkout from your shipping address, including tax on shipping where it applies.
