Who sells

Everything in KilnRun Supply is sold by KilnRun — not by a pottery studio, even when you reach the store through one.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is worked out at checkout from your shipping address. Shipping is shown before you pay — see our shipping policy.

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe. Your card is authorised when you place your order and charged once we confirm it; your statement shows “KILNRUN* SUPPLY”. If we can't tell straight away whether a payment went through, your order waits until Stripe confirms it — we never charge twice for one order.

Your order

• You can order up to 99 of an item and up to 50 different items in one order.
• Each item's return policy is shown on its page, and you confirm it before you pay.
• If you check out without signing in, we keep your order with your e-mail address so you can look it up.
